Payment and purchases

You agree to provide current, accurate and complete account data and purchase information for all purchases made through the site including email, payment method and payment card expiration date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You also agree to promptly update account and payment information with you if required.

The sales tax value will be added to the purchase price according to what we deem required. Prices may be subject to change by us at any time. All payments must be in UAE Dirhams. Note that while paying, your bank may charge you additional fees for paying in a different currency, and the currency rate is subject to change.

You agree to pay all fees for your purchases at the applicable prices and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to collect from your payment provider the necessary amounts for any such fees when you place an order. If your order is subject to a periodic fee, you agree to charge your Payment Method on a periodic basis without requiring your prior approval on each transaction for such fee, until such time as you cancel the order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies even if we have requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. These restrictions could include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, or those that use the same address of invoicing or of expedition.

We also reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders, in our sole judgment, that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Note that liquidation products are not subject to exchange or cancellation.

Validity

By using our site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or older. You are able to access and view the terms, conditions, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement. The Site is not intended or designed for users under the age of 18. No personal information is collected from anyone we identify as under 18 years of age.

If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to disclose or submit any personal information to us. The site is managed from the United Arab Emirates and the personal information that is received from us is subject to the privacy policies of the United Arab Emirates.

You acknowledge that all materials on the Site and the Reviews and Rewards Programs, including the Site design, text, graphics, sounds, images, software and other files including their selection and arrangement, (collectively, the "Materials"), are our property and are subject to and protected by state copyrights. United Arab Emirates laws and intellectual property rights.

The trademarks, service marks, trade names and logos (collectively, the "Trademarks") contained on the Site, including without limitation, are the exclusive property of WaptFit and may not be copied or used in whole or in part without prior written permission from Ideal Weight.

In addition, all page titles, graphics and icons are trademarks of idealweightnutrition.ae and may not be copied or otherwise used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of idealweightnutrition.ae. Copyright, trademarks, product or company names, logos or intellectual property are the property of their respective owners only and all rights reserved.
